Long time first time here. Need a little measurment help. Need the measurement for the area on the door that the lettering/decal goes for a few different model trucks. My decal guy needs to know so he make me some new door signage and I am no where near my trucks and wont be for several weeks. Here are my trucks I need measurements for.

    1996 Pete 379
    2000 Pete 379
    2000 FL FLD 120
    2002 FL Columbia
    1997 International 9400

Any help you guys can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks :biggrin_25514:

Good luck with this one. No one you know is around them? I did decals on a 96' 379 this fall. I believe it was 19"x24". Can't remember for sure. If someone doesn't chime in before then I can remeasure in a few days. I would guess the 96' and 00' 379's would both be the same.

Are you wanting it to fill the doors? Speaking for what I know, on my Pete's (359 & 377, 379 will be the same) I ordered the signage 30" wide and it's about perfect, gives you 2-4" on either edge of the door.

One thing to remember. If you get them all the same as the size for the Petes they'll surely fit on the other trucks.

Mine are 22"w X 12"H on the drivers door and 18"W X 10"H on the pass doors that have that dopey little window on them. This is on '05 and '06-379's, '98 and '06 WS and an LTL9000 ford. The larger size should work well on any truck on doors that don't have the small door window. Here's how the 22" X 12" fits. Sorry for the poor pic, it's the only one I have

Thanks all. Very helpful. As Im not a perfectionist or an artist I thought it was kind of a one size fits all type of deal, but my guy that I have doing them was asking for the measurements. Didn't want to bother the guys with measuring their doors as I figured there would be a few on here that may know off the top of their head. Thanks again.

Thanks. This is my personal truck, C-15 acert (Cat by Kurt), 18sp, 46's with 3:90's. Pulls like jack the bear since Kurt flashed the ECM.

Just so he's aware, the DOT regulations says the DOT# and MC# must be visable from 50 feet. They don't give a specific size.

^^^ That is a nice lookin' truck! :)
