Never been to Yonkers despite doing tons of NYC deliveries. I’m seeing it covered in parkways which I know are no go’s. I’m thinking i87 take ex 2 to Yonkers Ave follow that until Nepperhan Ave then Riverdale Ave then Ludlow. Looks fine that way but only issue I see if I go the same way back to leave there’s a railroad bridge on Yonkers Ave marked 12’8 with the white sign wanted to confirm if the standard 13’6s can still squeeze under that one or if it’s an actual 12’8.

Someone that has been there may have a better answer, but a suggestion. Go to Google reviews for the place you are going to, and if the directions aren't straightforward someone will usually post it. For example this is in the reviews for that warehouse:

"Directions for trucks: From I-87 N, take exit 2 for Yonkers Ave. Turn left onto Yonkers Ave, and follow it west. Yonkers Ave merges with Nepperhan Ave and then you'll come to Riverdale Ave. Turn left onto Riverdale Ave S, and go down to Ludlow street. Turn right onto Ludlow Street. Domino is down the street."

Yeah I did that but issue is I’m from the area I know there’s NJ NY style trucks that are actually a foot lower than the usual OTR trucks I don’t know if the folks that left the review are driving one of those. I’ve been under many signs in NYC that say 12’6 but usually they’re yellow the white ones could be actual clearance, or could be the measurement from the lowest point which I see a curb on the bridge or could just be an old sign they haven’t bothered to take out after they dug the road out. I just want to confirm instead of getting there and crawling under with the bags dumped looking like a shmuck lol.

    You’ll be fine.
I used to go to a place on Fernbrook (thats apparently not at that location/doesn’t exist anymore) sometimes.
    You’ll be fine at 13’6

How about just call the shipping and receiving office and ask for directions?
Hint: make sure they know you’re coming in a class 8 truck.

Back when I was doing OTR work, I had a 50% chance of getting truck directions, even making it very clear I had a 53' van.
Sad thing is, random people on the internet (here, google reviews, even facebook groups, etc) is a better source than calling directly.

I appreciate your input but that’s a hard no. I’ve done enough NYC deliveries with me asking directions and these folk in the offices give you car or box truck directions. Normally with NYC I use the truck route map NYC provides but the map cuts off just before yonkers.

I looked for the Domino Plant on the Hammer App,says to take McLean Ave off 87,about 5 miles then Radford and a few others until you get to the plant. It didn't show any bridges on that route.
