    Really poor FMCSA score and they have allot of accidents. They insist you drive in horrendous conditions and will fire you if you don't. This is not the place for new drivers. The stores are short staffed, so the managers hate it when you get there and make your life miserable. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE STOPPED AT EVERY WEIGHT STATION! Every load you pick up will be overweight and the State police know it.

    Rookies should stay away from dedicated dollar type store accounts with any trucking company. It doesn't matter which dollar store they serve, Dollar General, Family Dollar, 99 Cent store, etc. All of them have very small parking lots. They are very hard to back into, especially with rookies and trainers trying to NEVER EVER back up. You will hit things and you will get fired. Good luck going to another trucking company with 2 months experience and 3 accidents. Those accounts typically pay more per mile than OTR, but you will spend lots of time unloading, be treated badly by store employees, and hit stuff with the truck. Veteran drivers at the trucking companies won't do those load so the company ALWAYS has openings on those accounts.

    You are absolutely correct! I finally got my own truck and it was a miracle and God was watching out for me is the only reason I never had an accident.

    Did dollar tree wasn’t that bad but most of there stores are in strip malls
