Hello everybody!
My friend just hit the deer, and he is the owner operator. And he is asking me whether the deer accident will affect his driving record.
He is not concerned about the insurance as much as about the record. So please, if anybody of you had the same issue, how did you solve this problem?
I will appreciate your response.

Will it hurt him leasing on with a company Do not see it happening. Can it make his insurance go up. Yes it can. So to answer yes and no
Dispatcherontheroad Thanks this. -
Thank you for your answer! However, he has his own small fleet company. But what about dmv record? Is this gonna affect his CDL license? Cause he has enough tickets, and he is afraid that this will be the last drop in the cup to lose his license.
So, if the question is - does he need to report to the police would be yes? -
Dispatcherontheroad Thanks this.
