ive already have a business established
so apparently around 4 years ago you could create a business account with enterprise similar to how they do box trucks and etc. you would pay a lot more than a truck payment however you would not need to worry about maintenance and breakdowns.

The miles you put on it alone will kill you.

Is the business you are going to list, does it have established credit and going to be the company that you run your authority under?

less overhead is why all the partial flatbed loads are now $400 no matter how large and where they go. Hotshots hauling them for peanuts because “less overhead”.

My uncle broke down in his truck in Wyoming a few months back. He ended up renting a dually from Enterprise. I am not sure if they knew he was pulling a trailer or not though. If you rent a regular pickup truck, they won't let you tow anything with it, I do know that. But I am unsure if they knew my uncle was pulling a trailer with the ball hitch in the back of the dually.

I had building material moved by a hotshot two years ago, it was $500 a load, which was cheaper than I could do in with one of my own trucks and pay my driver. AND I didn't have to pay for the deadhead back to the warehouse. I was happy to get it all done in four trips, 40 foot trailer easy unload.
