Does anyone know about MKM Distribution Services?

    I used to work for this company based out of Indianapolis,IN. and was curious if anybody had the bad experiances I did or not. Pay for cdl b otr is around 40,000.00/yr but is bust ### handcart work. They also run semi doing same only unloading 53 ft. by hand, no extras, all salary pay. If box comes up missing you pay up to 2500.00 out of pocket your fault or not but if you find a box for another route you only get 50.00 per box up to 3 boxes, if you find more they don't pay. Just wanted to know if anybody else works for them and if they like it or not.

    Without strong leadership qualities in upper management, site managers have little to look to for guidance and direction. Site managers are left unable to run warehouses efficiently. Any of MKM's success is due to the dictation of the consumer who is left in charge of telling MKM what to do and how to run the company. The facilities are subpar in cleanliness making the environment unsanitary to inhabit. MKM has been dishonest, with-holding theft from within the company to clients. Had I been aware of reviews prior to my employment, I would not have agreed to work under such conditions.
