Does anyone know about a company called TRS? Truck relocating Services

I was contacted by a recruiter about a week ago regarding getting a job as a non CDL driver transporting Penske and UPS trucks to different sites. They are telling me I’ll be a 1099 independent contractor, gas, hotels, food, tolls, etc are all my expense. This job seems like a total scam and a good way to get broke fast. Anyone have any opinions about this?

I’m studying online for my CDL but have a chauffeurs license.

Are there any companies similar to TRS that you know of that is OTR and require at least a Chauffeurs license? I love the type of work but don’t want to get screwed or taken advantage of. Thank you
