They do not pay you, mushroom policy, bad promises, when they force you to leave they do not fire you so by law they do not have to pay you till they feel like it! They do not tell you anything after asking several times!
They should have a decent place for their drivers to wait, theirs is nastier than the worst truck stop!
They say they want to treat you like family, they do not even want to mix with you!

Is this the one in North Carolina? If so they hire Ex convicts and fellons, who want to work. They also hire those with bad MVR scores. What did you expect?

from what i recall, that company is a 2nd, and maybe 27th chance type of company, so for you to have gone there, were you in need of such a company to even get a job?

if so, then frankly, for whatever you had done, to end up at a place like that....you deserved it..???

not too many others that have gone there for "another chance" have been here to complain, after many of us here recommended them to go. many were grateful of that "other chance" to get back to work again.

It's a job, from what I understand it's the place you go the day after you get out of jail or just flipped your third truck. I feel like a lot of the people there are lucky to have a driving job and should just suck up any bad that comes with it until they get cleaned up enough to move on to greener pastures.

If you have a good driving record and your CDL is not filled out with a crayon.. we are based in NC.

It's not the the highest paying, they do try to make up for it with new trucks and Direct TV.

WRONG! What terms you leave on do not affect when a company is legally obligated to pay you. If you quit, get fired, get laid off or whatever the reason, you are to be paid on the next pay day. If the pay period runs from Sat. to Friday and pay day is the next Friday, then legally your check better be coming to you on pay day.
