    My company is located in NC and we will be doing loads to new york but never point to point in new york just drop off and pick up do i need HUT it is registered for 25,999

    It’s milage based.
    Credential itself costs like $5 or something close to that.
    Than you do quarterly returns.
    I pay less than $50 bucks with ocassional driving thru the state.
    You can also buy a trip permit…
