I never liked the looks of them and thought it would make scrubbing the hood hard. Getting old scrubbing bugs off too though. Do they work?
Do bug screens help?

You can put the bug screen in back of grill in front of rad. then you must open hood to clean dead bugs off?

My truck has a bug screen behind the grill and whenever it comes time for a wash the guys open up the hood and pressure wash it from the inside out

Oh I thought you were talking about the one that sits on top of the hood to knock bugs off the windshield. Sorry. The one on the radiator does good as well, keeps it from getting clogged with bugs.

I do not use a bug screen. I drive for Prime when I stop the bugs just fly off!
D.Tibbitt, 1johnb, austinmike and 5 others Thank this. -
