I do not know how it will affect you since you are in training.
I have only had one bad blood pressure physical, they gave me iirc a 90 day physical and wanted me to see a doctor. I did not want blood pressure medicine, as you only get 1 year physicals if you take it, so I told them I would get it down on my own and did, retook the test and everything was fine.

 

“White Coat Syndrome” is a commonly known ailment. Have your doctor write you a letter.
Not surprised “they” didn’t do diddly to offset this possibility.
