I need a job. I'll drive a pickup truck if needed. Of course, my preference is to gain CDL-A experience. Nights, any combo or on/off, local, regional OTR, solo, team. In other words, I am highly flexible and highly motivated. I have no real requirements when it comes to time or obligations.
Trouble is that despite all the things heard about drivers needed, I have no experience. I would love to do company training and take the course work over again, if it would get me in the door and have the potential to be employed by the company.
My question is does anyone know the best and proper way to approach this in Northern California? There are a lot of daily emails and apps that eagerly show open positions, but it is difficult to filter out or search for entry level, no experience, will train type jobs. I am having trouble getting traction with the few companies that are offering training.
Any ideas, thoughts, advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

See if anyone has a Dock to Driver program in your area.If you already have a cdl you'll be a few steps ahead of the others there. If there's an R & L Carriers terminal near you check there, they have all types of driver jobs, even some non cdl trucks. It would help get your foot in the door.
