    6/30/21 my truck was hit and run by a trailer identified as belonging to Dick Lavy trucking. Witnessed by 2 other individuals.

    After stalling and excuses for 3+ months the safety director at Lavy, Tim M, says it is their equipment but it had not been dispatched in over 200 days so it was not in the accident so their insurance refuses to pay damages.

    In the current market they claim the trailer wasn’t dispatched for 200 days that’s a big load of cow flop.
