I am about to upgrade my injectors. I have a tune with about 500 wheel horsepower. My current injectors are 5575s. What would be a good choice to take advantage of my tune? I may want to increase power by about 10% in the future.
Hopefully some of you have done this and have some experience in this area.
    Thanks

Almost seems too easy....he'd be the guy to ask, being that he wrote your tune he'd have the best understanding of what would work most effectively with it.

I think he changed his contact info since he tuned my engine. So I need some advice. I know one of the other gurus got banned at this site and I wonder if he did too. I never see him on here anymore.

You can't swap injectors without changing the tune. A lot of thugs change.

are you sure about that? I have the 5575 in my 11.1 365 h.p. detroit. mine originally called for another type but when I had freightliner put a 6 pack in about 6-7 years ago they put in the 5575. I did not know until my local guy told me 2 years later. he said it made no difference as long as it was calibrated correctly. when I HAD 1 inj go down a couple months ago he replaced with the 5575. trucks runs the same as ever before.

Yes I'm sure. 5575 is likely the direct replacement for the ones you had. Mine had 6923 or something like that, yet detroit called for 7650. They will be the same flow rate as the ones you took out.

Thanks Allan; I appreciate your help. Are the 5915s a higher flow rate? I guess I will find the tuner and consult with him about this. Sounds like maybe the cheapest way is to stay with the same size injector unless there is some benefit to gain fuel economy. Then it might be worth re-tuning.

Not sure why you want to change injectors . If it's only for more power send your ecm back to leon . He will give you more power .
He said to me when I got mine tuned that anytime I want something changed or tweaked he will do it for free. Or even if his tune gets flashed over he will replace free of charge.

If you want more power phone him and he will bump it up,
