Equipment is good, lots of newer stuff. All autoshifts, peterbilt and international are the most common trucks. R&L is a good company and every team I talked to made really good money with weekends or parts of weekend off. Line haul generally starts running Monday evening and finishes up Saturday morning. R&l does have some unique ways of doing things and I tell most folks there are three ways to do things; The right way, The wrong way, and THE R&L WAY. Best bet would be to try to talk to a team that runs out of your location.

I don’t know about 115K being a minimum. Some teams don’t run that hard, but most run steady Monday night through Saturday morning and they were all doing north of 100k annually
