Detailed specs on the 1999-2001 550 Cat

    Does anyone have detailed specs on the 1999-2001 550 Caterpillar .. Ideally I'd like to have torque rating, camshaft specifications, injector size. I'll take the info any way I can get it. If you've got links with the info that would be a plus... or if you know of a publication that has multiple specifications.. say for On Highway and Marine that I could begin looking for that would be helpful. thx Kyle.

    Not quite sure exactly what you are looking for. A 1999-2001 would most likely be 1 of possibly 3 engines. An early 99 could be a 1LW 40 pins ecm, later 99 to late 2000 could be a 2WS 70pin ecm (same block as 1LW) and an early 2001 could be a 6NZ 70pin ecm updated oil seals on the block. All engines would use the same injector, 2WS 6NZ would probably be the same cam and turbo might be a slight difference with the 1LW. All of them are good engines.

    Understood .. I've driven 2 different trucks with factory 550/Cats and am familiar with the different variations

    Im looking for Detailed information.. . I'd like lift/duration/lsa on the camshaft .. I'd like size in MM/part number/gph on the injectors
