2013 kw t660 with a paccar mx13 epa 10 motor fault codes are spn 1569 fmi 11. All i get from the truck is engine derated. Only running 75% of torque. Last week it blew the relay to the ECU and a wheel speed sensor, this derate issue just happened today. Any clue on them codes would be a great help.

Well believe it or not there appears to be an app for it now.

In that case we'll have to fall back on Google. SPN 1569 simply means derate. Not much help there. And FMI 11 is really helpful. It means "Other Failure Mode".

I would expect there to be more codes since the derate is a downstream event.

Yeah, I would like the same thing, unhooked the batteries to see if itd clear out but it came back. The last code aside from what was in the OP was for the egr delta pressure sensor. Took it off and cleaned the soot out of the lines to it but haven't had an issue from that. Any other time there's been a derate it had another code like the wheel speed sensor, but this time that's all their are but couldn't find anything on fmi11.

you need davie4 to get the right codes from the engine, if it is a p1469 that's a egr derate and that is from anything in the emmisions that the ecm doesn't like. spn's are generic codes for the public

something to think about is that on some trucks if you unhook the battery's it can go into a 5mph derate as soon as you turn the key on it bypasses the 40 hour of drive time.
