Whats your opinion of the denver area truck stops.
Best place to stop for food shower and a ballgame.

I'd try Sapp Bros off of Quebec, both TAs rarely play the ballgames. The Pilot has no TV room and the FlyingJ if there is a parking spot probably has Law and Order on!

    Your choices are limited,
T/A has a big TV room but good luck getting a parking spot wait its Thanksgiving or sapp bros has a TV room too with big Lazy boy chairs and a sit down restaurant. The pilot has zilch

T/A west in WheatRidge has a couple bars within walking distance that would probably have the game on.

I'd be looking online for a good trk stop.Denver is a big city, there should be something other then the TA unless they have restraurants close by.

You'd think, but IME Denver proper is kinda thin on truckstops considering the size of the city. The Pilot at the 276 is a tiny joke, both T/A's (266 and 278 ) and the Flying J (285) will be packed by noon, though I suppose you could do the reserved spot thing at the T/A's. I've never set foot in the Sapp's (278 ) but am not impressed with the location. There's a Love's at the 304 on I70 and it's a newer one so it has reasonable parking. Just ignore the Tomahawks on I70 and 76, trust me.

Don't get me wrong,TA isn't bad but I wouldn't eat there even if the meal was free.Got sick twice from TA food. That was enough for me.

The TA west has a motel directly across the street that has a bar with TV's... and right behind the TA there is a bar on the corner of the street that has lots of TV's and some great Vietnamese food... If you don't want your fenders taken off stay clear of the Pilot and the Flying J both are terrible for parking way to tight.
