    DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW ANYTHING OR HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON A CUMMINS ECM PROGRAM THAT IS SPECIFICALLY FOR MEXICO OR AUSTRALIAN USE, I KNOW THERE IS COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DO THE REPROGRAMMING ON ECM'S BUT i KNOW there is this program and want to get more info on it.
