I have a 2014 Cascadia dd13 that's been throwing emissions codes (5443, 4364, 3364). After some research, it appears the def pump filter may need changing. Also, cleaning the dosing pump. Is any of this I can do without going to the dealership? Thank you!

I don't own a dd13 but it doesn't seem to difficult to put a new filter on.

Just search Google I did with dd15 def pump filter change gave me a pdf from ABC webcast.

The filter is on the back side of the DEF tank. It's halfway covered with a plate... has four bolts in it... IIRC, you use a 5/8 socket on them... loosen the top two, remove the bottom two (or remove them all and take the whole plate off, if you so desire). The DEF filter sits inside of a suspended plastic housing... I remember the Holset one uses a 1-1/16" box end wrench or socket, but the Detroit Diesel one is much larger... I replaced one on a DD13 last week, but I used a crescent wrench, so I don't know the size off the top of my head.
If you get any DEF on tools with moving parts (e.g., a crescent wrench or ratchet), clean it off right away - it can cause that tool to seize up. Definitely wear some good eye protection as you do this, as you will get some DEF spillage when you remove the filter housing. Also, latex gloves may be in order - if you have any open sores or cuts on your hands, this is a good way to find them, quick.
Very easy to service these, but also the thing I most hate to service.

    Weswolf and T-Booz Thank this.

Saw that, but it talked about using 42 psi to prime/charge the new filter. So I passed it up...

On epa 10 pumps you have to use regulated air pressure to inflate a diaphram in the pump when it is new.

Is that with a new pump or anytime replacing the filter? Good information.

Have you ever had too much pressure when you change filter and it broke it off?
