Hey, the guy got his final wish. Not something I would want, but I don't see a problem with it.

 

Nothing wrong with that. I told the wife when I die I want to be buried sitting the the seat of a Semi. One hand on the wheel, the other on the stick.. Just call be Ghost Rider Big Rig style LOL

 

Gives a new meaning to "Ride to live....Live to ride...." now doesn't it.....

 

Hopefully you don't die that way tho...

Every day I pray sometime while working through the night. That I go to and from each location without issues, and my fellow drivers and I are brought home to our loved ones, safely..

 

It was always my prayer if I go that I would be in the sleeper and not behind the wheel . I would hate to take a few with me.

 

I wonder how many actually do pass in the sleeper? I have known of several that did. A few years back one died in his sleeper in what used to be amicks truckstop 28 & I-69 in IN. I think it is a petro now. I know of a couple others, but wonder if there are stats anywhere on how frequent that happens?
