Most likely cause is an oil coolant module gasket. But make sure to pressure test your oil cooler while you have it apart to make sure it is not the issue. Your transmission cooler is also another location you can get "oil" in your coolant.

Replace oil/coolant module
Flush cooling system and replace coolant and flush system
Change engine oil
Replace surge tank

Wow, for that kind of money, I would take a week off and do it myself and be further ahead.
And maybe you'd get lucky and find the actual problem wasn't quite so bad after all. -

I have the same problem. Changed the 2 o-ring in the oil cooler module. The problem solved! My suggestion is better you change the oi cooler module too, that thing get old and may leaking someday. And you can order the coolant reservoir on ebay for better price, same quality.
