The whole compressor is between 800 and 1000 . Probably looking at another 700 to 900 in labor . It's in a bad place and hard to get to , there are some good videos online showing how to do it but its a lot of labor and patience . Good luck. Look up Fransisco Amaya on YouTube, hes got good videos on Freightliner and DD15

Step 2 remove power steering pump off the back of the compressor. You will need a new gasket!
Step 3 remove fuel lines out of the way from the fuel module to the fuel pump so you can access the inlet to the compressor/governor airline and coolant lines.
Step 4 remove all those lines.
Step 5 remove 4 bolts to pull out compressor.
Remove trans cooler line clamps and anything under that would prevent it from being pulled out.
Drop the compressor down from the bottom of the truck.
Install new compressor with new o ring.
Repeat remove process but backwards!rokue, Keepforgettingmypassword, danny23tx and 1 other person Thank this. -
Ships quote out 8 hours to 6 hours btw

I have seen some on a Cascadia near the front and on newer Cascadias its Driver side behind fuel pump . My 2014 is behind fuel pump.

Also the compressor is always mounted to the back the gear train is at the back of the engine..

You'll also have to consider how long it takes to get to your job. Good places have a waiting list..
