Hey everybody
Have a couple of ghg17 cascadias with Dd13s, throwing code 520372 fmi 16- Selective Catalyst Reduction Closed Loop Control at Maximum Limit. I have had some trucks in the past with this code and changing the def metering unit fixed it but there’s a couple that did not. On those I’ve also changed the def metering unit and both nox sensors, have done all modules software update for fuel map, def system cleaned. There’s a temporary fix of running scr efficiency tests back to back to get NH3 levels but up code will always be back. At a loss of what else it could be, any help appreciated

You have gone through the 520372/FMI 16 -GHG17 fault troubleshooting steps? They are pretty short.
1. Connect with Diagnostic Link
2. Start ignition (key on, ignition off)
3. Is ACM software level 7.61.1.0 or higher? Yes go to step 4. No go to step 5.
4. Is ACM fuel map ZGS 001 or higher? Yes, go to step 6 If no, update using latest server info.
5. IS the ACM software level greater than 7.60.2.0. If yes got to step 6, If no, update ACM using latest server info.
6. Are any low battery voltage, DEF dosing, fuel system or engine air management faults present? If yes, fix them first.
Perform parked regen followed by the SCR parked efficiency test and then diagnose any DEF dosing system faults that sets."
The fault description says that an additional fault should set identifying the dosing system fault. This is for ACM21T. Or do you have ACM301T?Last edited: Sep 15, 2023
