I applied and got an email from the TM to do the Hogans assessment test, which I did a few days ago. The TM asked me to email him back to let him know I completed the test, which I did.
My questions are, how long before test results are in, and how long should I expect an answer as to whether or not they are still interested in hiring me?
Any Dayton drivers please respond, thanks!

I'm not sure how long the results take. I would think it's a quick computer-graded deal, but they might have to send it off to a third party or something. My experience was weird, though, because at the time I had decided not to actively pursue the job due to some already-scheduled vacation plans. So I can't remember how long it took before my TM called me. I'd suggest maybe waiting a week and calling him/her directly.

I got a call at 8am, took the test at 9am, called him back at 11am. He logged in while I was on the phone and saw the results. Must be an instant thing. Give the TM a call back Im sure he/she has the results already.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Will let you all know how it all goes. I'm really hyped about hiring with Dayton. My current company sucks, doesn't care about the drivers at all. And I've been with them 18 years! Time for a change!

Sounds like it. They treat us very well; it was the best job change I ever made. Good luck! @Buckeye91 has good advice. He has more recent experience with the whole deal.

Dayton would be on my short list of places to apply if something ever happened at my current job. Might not mean much coming from me, but I like to research places thoroughly. That being said, I'm staying at my current gig until they throw me out! :)

Well, I got an interview with the TM on friday!
Turns out a friend of a friend of mine works at the mke barn, and he put in a good word for me.
I've heard nothing but good things about Dayton, and I'm pretty confident I'll get the job.
    Will let you guys know!
    Thanks for all the input
