What model are talking about? 359? 379? 389? Which lights exactly are we talking about?

I know I'm killing you with questions but is the new headlight an actual L.E.D. headlight or is it an HID or H-4 crystal light with L.E.D.'s in it? Most DRL's are a separate circuit with a lower watt/amp bulb, so that may be the problem. But I would double ground everything, LED's do not like weak/dirty grounds.

    Darrylk Thanks this.

I have those same LED headlamps on 4 different units and all we did is pull the 2 fuses for the DRL one goes to the ignition and the other the batteries (binders) rolled over the plate plenty of times w no DRL on they don't seem to mind much in Ontario. Or you can just pull the fuse(s) when you crawl into the bunk. Hope this helps

    Darrylk Thanks this.
