I don't work for them, but have looked into them a little in the past. Talked to a few of their drivers. They all seemed happy. Well, except the guy in Minneapolis who was having to turn in his covered wagon for a brand new Conestoga trailer. For whatever reason, he wasn't as enamored with a Conestoga as many other people are. Beyond that, though, he did say he lived D & E. The must run a lot to Georgia from Minnesota. I've seen 3 of them in the last 2 days while I've been down this way.

My experience tells me if u don't hear much about a co. It usually means it could be a good gig and No one wants to share which I can't blame drivers I've done recruiting for a company and squeezed myself out of work, back to your questions no news is good news sometimes or maybe there just a small co. With little turnover, I myself was looking into them awhile back I saw some of there rigs in Maine at a customer I was delivering , looked like nice trailers and not that it's a big factor but you sometimes can gage a co. Buy the trucks dragging there trailer down the road again not always but if you see a late model truck well maintained I think it's a good sign about who there working for just my two cents good luck

I am about to start with them next week ,going to drive for a guy who owns a few trucks leased on to them , better pay pacage this way instead of company driver, since i do not need the benefits. Hope it goes well!

Did you ever go over to D&E?

I am currently a contract driver for them. Its been okay so far, some getting used to , but they are a solid company , and actually care about your success and happiness

Was just looking around about found this company. Any recent info would be appreciated. My number one question is do they have a load board to use or is it just dispatch!

It is just dispatch, but you can always find your own loads from outside load boards. I worked there for a while and the truck grossed between 6k and 10k a week every single week. They have some very good freight, and let you operate how you want to.
