    If you can’t see the cords, I wouldn’t worry about it. I personally would run and let me say I have run one similar to yours with no issues.

    Personally I would have a reputable tire shop take a quick look at it. It appears pretty minor and it’s probably OK, but definitely not worth risking a steer tire blowout.

    I agree, good trailer tire,,,I realize it's easy for me to say that, it sucks in that you usually can't just get a used replacement, like a drive tire, I've seen much worse, I suppose you can run it, see if it gets worse, doesn't look like any sidewall damage, but playing Russian Roulette here.
