    Cummins recon engine information is vague as all get out. No parts, nothing. Your better off going with the trucks original engine serial number. Most recon engines are universal by application, especially older engines. Software version should get you rating if that's what your after. Just need a hook up is all.

    Yeah that seems to be the case no information available I'm just trying to find the hp and torque rating cpl 1844 and says 460E so I'm guessing it's a 460hp version I wonder what the torque rating was for a celect not celect plus 460

    Yeah, it does not show the cpl. For 500hp I assume it's 2592. Get a serial from another 500 or 525hp and order the parts needed

    Trying to identify the engine in my loader. ESN 20113061
    build date June 1972 ?
    Was told engine came out of a generator.

    Problem is no fuel getting to engine shut off solenoid valve. Low pressure pump is good, replaced and bled fuel filters.
