    Had a injector go out on my 2016 Lone Star. Has a coming's ISX450. Repair shop said it's $1300 a injector and might as well do all 6. Estimate of $11000 for 6 injectors installed is that reasonable

    2016 would be common rail not HPI-TP injector. Guessing cores is part of quote?

    I think I saw Cummins special pricing promo. Buy 6 pack for the price of 5. Make sure your shop is pricing the 6 pack part number not individual pricing. Might save a grand or more.

    So I should get money back for the cores..does this seem out of line..he said there was water in fuel and fuel tank as a result of bad injector

    Including diagnostics and cleaning the fuel system. All 6 injectors installed….

    The pricing is in line.

    Yes you should get core credit on all 6.

    I got replaced yesterday 2 injectors ony 2016 Peterbilt ,Cummins X15 . Mechanic told me they got parts from CIT Kenworth dealerships. It was one for $1029.32 with core exchange

    So that price isn't out of line must be a special is a special injector everything I see is like $500 each
