cummins icon system

you will have to take it to someone that has a cummins program so they can connect to the ecm on the engine and the icon module, they can shut the icon off if thats what you want and turn off the idle shutdown or what other features you want changed, the kicker is that you will need the ecm password to do this, if you dont have it then you will have to buy a zap-it passowrd from cummins to zap out the old password from the ecm, the engine ecm and icon module are two different modules, sometimes you can pull the icon power fuse and that will disable the icon but if the idle shut down is turn on in the ecm then you will have to get that changed, becarefull pulling the fuse, there are two of them and if you pull the wrong one the truck may not start, usa will pull both fuse which are located in the fuse panel behing the glove box, install inline fuse for those circuits and show them behind the fuse panel, if you look aournd the fuse panel you should see them.
