While you can get csa point for warnings, this isn't always the case. For example, you can get a warning for a minor log book violation. If it's written up as such, points will be assessed to your CSA score. The same violation, if just a verbal warning, won't get points assessed. This sounds like an excuse to pull you over for a level 2. Not that they NEED an excuse but. Was the warning for speeding written up on the level 2 paperwork? If not, I doubt any points will come into play. If it was, it most likely will.

Your citations and warnings will all be listed on your CSA. Yes, they are violations - citations, warnings, crashes - and each one gets some amount of points.

On the report under "reason for stop" is "speed 62/55", and "warning" box checked

if its in writing you will be given points.. I have had verbal warnings and they don't show points, But I have received written warnings and they put points on your CSA
