Like it or not,some companies make you fully disclose ANY moving violations,whether it’s in a CMV or your personal vehicle. A few of them do yearly audits on driving records for their insurance companies.

 

What was the moving violation?

 

It's not the end of the world move on there's other red trucks you can drive, why are they so bad just because they refused your services?
Was it 5 over, 15 over, 30 over, in a school or construction zone that makes a difference probably more to the story?
Sooooo your saying it's ok to smoke weed or do a line off of a midget strippers ### tonight at a high class truck stop, then tomorrow morning you get told your # got picked now go melt a cup.
But safety Sam i was off duty that's my time, i only smoked 1 joint & he was a midget so the line of blow was a tiny one. Sorry.......

I got a dui 22 years ago and was told by a fleet owner at Crete that any dui app goes right in the trash there .

 

Maybe it wasn’t the violation. It could have been your attitude they didn’t like and they just gave you a bone to pick while the door hit your arse on the way out.

 

And by the way, a violation on your CDL is the same if you were driving a truck, your car, or a freaking go cart down at the putt putt.
