Anyone ever heard of or dealt with these guys?
They have callled me literally daily with loads. Most appear to pay
rather decent ($2+/mile) but my gut is telling me to be 'concerned'.
I had them fax me a Carrier App and I have reviewed it somewhat.
It seems fairly generic but one thing seemed odd:
They wanted 5 references for people I have run for and I don't have that.
So I told them and they told me to just put down "Coyote" for one of the references.
..gee, that seems odd to me for some reason, but maybe not...
Coyote Logistics ?

I use Coyote all the time. They do have a decent amount of good paying freight, and they are very easy to deal with. Of course, they also have the "competitive" freight where the rates aren't where we all want them to be. They pay fast and seem to be a solid company though.

I pulled a load for them once they seemed to be pretty straight up. I didnt have any issues with them

I run a small OTR outfit out of Des Moines, IA called Copeland Trucking. We use Coyote as much as possible. They consistently have good paying frieght, and they always pay on time or early. I highly recommend them. Give my contact, Ryan Rusnak, a call. 847-235-8328.

Our division of Transport America has done business with Coyote for the last 15 months. They helped us get our particular operation off the ground prior to having enough customer freight to sustain our fleet. On average, we still haul 2 - 4 loads a day.
They communicate very well, their rates are competitive, and they trump the stereotypical sentiment usually associated with brokers. In return, I treat them as I would any good customer. There are no issues with payment either. If you cover their loads well and communicate with them about any issues, they are proactive in finding solutions. From my personal experience, you cannot go wrong in starting a business relationship.Support81 Thanks this. -
Hmm. These are good comments..
I wonder why no one ever posted about these guys on here?
(The search engine didn't bring anything up COYOTE related)
I still need to digest the Carrier Agreement but things look straight up. -
We are a mid size trucking company and we have been in bussiness for 23 years. I have been booking loads with Coyote Logistics on a daily basis for the past 2 years. They pay fair rates and will work with you if you have any problems. I book my loads with the Chicago office I mainly deal with Nick Vitullo and Joe Maslanka their phone number is 877-626-9683.

Coyote is the first call I make every day with my available trucks. We treat them like a dedicated customer. They have fair rates, pay detention and resolve problems expediantly. I recommend them to anybody looking for freight.

I work with Kevin from Coyote on the daily basis, and even had the pleasure of having a meeting with him in person. They are the fastest growing company in the US(they were 6th in the 500 Inc. last year), and I enjoy working with them more than working with companies like C.H. Robinson, or Landstar. If there is any problems with a load, he is always on my side, and will always help me out. Therefore, the best thing you should do is tell them the true. If you are not happy with the rate they might offer you, they always will try to work it out with you. Also you will have an exclusive representative taking care of you which helps at the building up a relationship, and your representative will also give you access to their daily load board.
You should defenitely reach my contact Kevin Mc Master 847-235-8323 -
