Don't do it under ANY circumstances! You'll probably hate it with a pation like most.

Don't remember the screen names, but a couple of husband/wife teams work or worked there and had no complaints. Said they got long runs.

Worked for em back in 2013. First driving gig. Didn’t get rich but didn’t go broke either. It’s a large company with large company pros and cons. They kept the trucks in top shape. If you go to the main terminal in Chattanooga for any reason you’ll be there a couple days lol. But it for your own good. Good Luck.

I knew a guy who trained there for the longest til he got on running local for Kroger in Memphis. He made really good money there. They go some of everywhere. If you don't mind running teams, that'd be a good fit. You'll travel all 48 so that'll make a driver out of you. I do think their style of running teams can make you some good money. They have reefers and dry freight and some dedicated. The question is how much experience do you have?

hubby and I have worked for covenant for 5 years. We find it to be an awesome company for teams. We average 5500 miles a week at .81 cents a mile. Benefits are great. We really love our dispatch team. Any job is what you make it, and if you work with your team and treat ppl with respect, you'll go far with any company. I liked their training. Its a month long and they test to make sure you learned what you need to know. I don't check in here often, but you can try contacting me to get answers to questions. I don't mind answering, just too busy driving to check in a lot.

I work for Covenant now, coming up on 2yrs. I started on a team (they only hire teams unless you're O/O) but I have a solo account for the past 7 months. They have their ups/downs like any company, but I honestly can't complain. I started at higher pay than pretty much any other company offered, and went to higher pay yet when I went solo, and I have a pretty high weekly guarantee on this account. They do maintain the equipment meticulously, but obviously it's on the driver to address anything that needs attention.
