My employer received a bunch of T680’s with Cooper Pro Series tires. I noticed they seem to capture an awful lot of rocks. That got me to take a closer look. I couldn’t believe it, when I saw “Made in China” on the sidewall. The Cooper name used to be a symbol of quality.

Cooper used to be independent. Goodyear bought them a couple years ago.

Yokohama has a similar pattern . They were good on fuel but outer edges cupped easy

Yeah the Goodyear with that similar tread pattern catch rocks like that too. It's just because of the grooves/tread. After they wear down some they won't do it as bad.
