Company Comdata Card Questions Negative Balance

    So I have a company Comdata card. Been using it flawlessly for over a year. It's a MasterCard (newer) so I can use half payroll their if I want. But I use it primary for lumpers and washout advances. My question is how can I have a Negative Balance of $400. I called them they said I have to email a certain department and I did like 5 times over the last two weeks with no response. Now my dispatch is trying to step in but I'll be royally scrwed when I go to make this next delivery because I know a lumper is going to be like $200 and these places don't take cash. I hate Comdata lol.

    Anyone run into this before?
    Also I did have a dispute but that was resolved from what I was told for a different amount.

    That is why I run freight that has no lumpers.

    I do not use comdata cash anymore. Long ago I had a episode of some weeks where I treated to it like excessively king midas kind of spending that bit me in neg for 6 weeks. Company was very angry with me. Do not do that again. We are not a bank and certainly not Mr Rich.

    If at all possible change your freighting so you do not deal with lumpers. Tell you why. In 2001 I paid 60.00 to empty a trailer. Company raises hell if lumper said to me hunnerd dolla.

    Now I understand it's up to 300 to pay a group you will never see again to empty your trailer.

    WHY are you even doing that? You follow me?

    I am on a dedicated account with Kraft through my carrier so lumpers are rare like once every two weeks when I get an odd load going to a independent receiver. Usually I'm drop n hook from Kraft to Kraft. I appreciate the response though.

    i would order me a pizza. when the lumper knocks on your door. open it the door up and start talking with a mouth full of pizza. offer him a slice. tell him its between him and the company.

    LMAO I totally want to but I doubt Schmucks lumpers would be laughing bout it. (@reciever now their closed till 7) we'll see what they want to do. Watched another guy get hella pissed at a lumper price and he pulled off the dock threw his truck in reverse and slammed the brakes only the end pallets slit out but was amusing as hell to watch.

    if its a company card and if the company pays the lumper. then let the company handle it.

    I was down in Dallas-Arlington Produce a few decades ago peacefully asleep at sunrise content alls right iwth the world on delivery appt.

    does that mean you don't or do need a lumper? From this underweight desperate human on my fuel tank and battery box.

    The load is specifically forklift off in 10 minutes nothing was authroized for anything else by dispatcher.

    I told him No.

    But...

    I put her into drive and go to Terrell for breakfast. 0630 might as well do the morning right. He rode my fuel tank and mirror for 2 miles. Police pulled him off.
