    Hi there, i'm looking to get back on the road after some unrelated schooling, and I trying to find out what companies have terminals near the Mobile, AL area. I'd prefer not having to drive 5 hours to get to a local terminal, but it's not a pass/fail criteria.

    Knight Transportation have terminal in Biloxi/Gulfport .
    My company (Rogers ) have terminal in Theodore right next to Mobile, but they need 6 months recent exp otr, and hazmat/tankers

    * I've 1 year 11 months riving experience
    * I've been off the road 4 months because I had to go and complete the AIDT 470hr welding course
    * I have tanker and double/triple endorsements, and have been doing heavy haul for the past 11 months in the AL/MS/FL area for a pile driving company (large, multi-piece 150-ft tall crane loads)
    * I've worked primarily flatbed, curtainside, and hydraulic RGN trailers
    * there are many places to park a large truck near my house

    McKenzie Tank Lines in Mobile.
    Southern Ag Carriers - Albany,GA hires Mobile area drivers.
    Wiley Sanders Truck Lines in Troy,AL
    Evergreen Transport in Evergreen,AL is local/regional.
    SVTN - tanker outfit in Saraland,AL
    Magnum ltd. - drivers say they make between $1000 & $1500 weekly.
    Freymiller - refrigerated
    South-East Carriers - dry van & no Northeast.
