My APU comfort pro unit turns on and everything well, but when I click AC or HEAT or FAN inside the panel nothing turns on or works and it stays at the main screen. Any1 knows why or how to fix it? thank you

Check fuses first and formost. To me it sounds like something went pop. If that doesnt fix it check that the pannel hasnt come unhooked or loose somehow.

Beyond that im not great with carriers so id take it to a dealer.

yeah, the panel works and it starts the apu outside but once i click any function outside of menu etc it doesnt kick anything on and it just kinda refreshes and goes back to the main menu.
u mean the board hvacs relays or the fuse outside at the APU side ? ive checked 1 glass fuse at the board and its fine the rest are all relay box fuses.

Did anyone figure out how to fix this issue?

I'm having the same problem. APU starts, but nothing happens when I push the AC or Heat button. Just stays on main screen.

Same here. About to give up on the whole thing and have it removed. Company truck, let it idle.

The A/C fan must have a relay. Check to see if power is getting to the relay when A/C is on. If yes, see if power is getting past the relay. If no power to relay, trace back from there, you'll need a wiring diagram.

This of course is if you want to save some coin and try to solve the problem yourself.

    joec214 Thanks this.
