Hello Anyone? Going Going!

Do not waste your time or cdl on Coldiron companies!!!!!!! I unfortunately did and a lot of other drivers have too. Dealing with very few loads to haul, decreased pay rate that was not told to drivers it just happened an increase in insurance again not told to the drivers, drivers having to wait for flights because the company does not want to pay the price of the flight, and waiting is on you dime. Drivers being charged back the cost of flights, car rental, fuel, without notice or discussion. This is just what I've seen done to drivers and had happen to to me. That's just a few things there's even more. A lot of drivers and I listened and bought it hook line and sinker !!!!!! A few months later a lot of drivers have moved on or like I returned to a good company that I had left with my tail between my
legs. My opinion is if you like abuse coldiron companies is the company for you. But there are a lot of good companies out there, auto truck, truck movers, Bennett, unmark, quality, mamo, ect.... -
Coldiron companies are no longer dealing with the trucks, the following was the letter sent to all Coldirons drivers:
The latest information we are getting fromFreightliner is that it will be the first of the year before Coldiron receivesany new truck loads. The volume of trucks that are being produced is not whatwas anticipated back in the spring. As a result ATT Transport is having to layoff drivers. Because of a collective bargain agreement that is in place withFreightliner ATT does not have to use other transporters to move new trucks. They have an exclusive on that segment of the business at this time.We would like to thank all of our drivers that havededicated themselves to moving new trucks for us. Our hope is that all of ournew truck drivers would keep their cards and continue to send in off duty logs.We are also encourging everyone to check out moving used trucks for Coldiron.Hopefully all will be able to find jobs driving and at the same time remainactive with us. There are many factors at work that will determine the outcomeof all this. The upcoming election and the state of the economy being the mostprevalent. We at Coldiron also have to take a hard look at whether moving newtrucks is profitable for us as a small company. We wish all our drivers thebest as we move forward through this process. Please fell free to contact uswith any questions.
Its recommended for the timebeing to stay away from Coldiron companies. Coldiron is hiring for their used truck division however, work is notconsistent and it requires a specialized trailer and a truck to pull saidtrailer. It has to be a ¾ ton or betterand the trailer is very expansive. Thepeople at Coldiron are corporative and friendly but with the lack of work and anelection that was not business friendly this company wills more than likely stayout of the new truck business for at least four years.
