good thing is it's hourly pay..you'll probably use a day cab..never drove for none of the junk food distributors but pulled enough loads to be able to tell you they wont skimp on weight..lmao....overall not bad in my eyes go for it
-
What do you mean by transport driver? Hauling empties back and forth?
-
I actually work for them now and the job consists of transporting coca cola products from the production warehouse to other coca cola facilities
-
Most likely taking loaded trailers from production plants to out laying dist. warehouses. Mostly drop n hook. You may be gone over night, depending on how far out the production plant bottles/ cans for.
-
Very good job. Route drivers sweat from the time they punch in till quitting time, no joke, its hard work. Transport is generally the same pay, or close to it and drop and hook for the most part. Not an easy job to get in the union areas.
-
Yea where I'm located there is no union and we aren't paid hourly...it's a day rate and we get Chinese overtime for anything over 8 hours
