Don't know if this is what you need but

The truck should have come with the other end where you plug it in and just splice your power wires to it, feel around up in there and double check. It will have labels for power and ground. It may be something you have to source from International unless you can solder or crimp terminal ends onto your power wire and put them into that plug. Simple fix.

its better to run own power supply and good ground. a good ground and good antenna. is sometimes over looked for a high power radio.

Cheapest quickest fix is to go to Home Depot, Walmart, etc and put the right size ends on your red and black wires from your power cord. Just make sure you put positive and negative to the right terminals so you don’t reverse polarity and blow the fuse in the radio power cord.

If it's not your truck, these might come in handy, they can screw on behind the plug and be reused later on... https://www.easywireconnectors.com/store/c5/Posi-Taps.html
Dennixx Thanks this. -
I would use a voltmeter to determine which of the wires going into the white plastic plug are positive and which negative. I'd cut off the plastic plug and use twist-on wire connectors to connect the wires from the truck to the wires to your CB.
If you cut off the plastic plug, cut one wire at a time. If you try to cut both wires at once you will short out the fuse. Mark at least one of the wires "positive" or "negative" before you cut either wire. If you connect power wires to your CB negative to positive, or vice versa, you will cause minor damage. I think when I did it I blew a fuse. It was easy for the radio shop or me to fix whatever I damaged. -
Take it to a CB shop and have them install it. If you get the wires crossed on the power, you blow the radio protection system and have to have it repaired.
