Cobra 29 ltd classic CRAZY sounds

We have an old old Cobra 29 ltd classic. Its calibrated fine and all that but with fiddling with the switches awhile ago, we noticed that when the switch is turned to channel 9 and the mic button is pushed a woman can be heard moaning very loudly with an exhaustive "O God" at the end. Other drivers can hear this also as they make comments on it. My question is what the hell is making it do that, why, and does anyone elses CB do the same thing? Its the same sound every time and sounds like a recording. Its super weird. I thought channel 9 is for emergencies? Anyone have any knowledge of this? Thanks in advance!

 

Who put it there or was it the manufacturer? Any idea how to get it off because that #### is nuts!!

Ahh i see. Ive noticed noone uses the CB like they used to which is sad, as it is good form of communication to relay traffic, weather etc. As for the noise toy, wow, now we know. Thats to crazy. Cant we just go back to the good ol days where things were easier and everyone wasnt out for themselves instead of acting like a bunch of savages.
