Stop worrying about the clearinghouse. These follow-up tests will be conducted by the carrier after you are cleared by the SAP to return to duty. Right now you need to be putting your energy into getting through the SAP process and getting a job. These follow-up tests and the clearinghouse will be taken care of by someone else.

I thought that I could go back to the company I tested positive with but the owner didn't want to go through the process of giving randoms, now I'm stuck, I totally screwed myself because 4 moving violations and a positive U/A

Im sorry to hear about your issues. The thing is, however, the Clearinghouse is not your answer. You MUST go back to this SAP and see if they can help you. I might also add there are carriers that will hire you and finish this process for you. Outside of this advice, I can't help you further.

My advice.......Take a good hard look at your past and make sure you are ready to do a 180. You will not be given a 3rd chance in this industry.....or many others. It is never too late to turn your life around. Good luck

    Jaebo74 Thanks this.
