Hi we have a 2005 kenworth w900l that has the OEM stacks. They are getting tired..holes lol...time to replace the whole lot...looking at 7".
My question is what are the options on what is best chrome or stainless and what brands are people liking.
Weve had so much info we are now confused lol
We dont need info about price..we will pay for what's best not necessarily cheapest...we want a good job that will last.
Thanks guys

I would imagine the stainless would have a better longevity, but might not look quite as nice as chrome all polished up.

I like Lincoln chrome better than Dynaflex. Lincoln seems to be a better product.

Stainless. Still has a beautiful shine and doesn't need near as much attention to stay that way. Also, don't be shy about a spending the extra for a higher gauge if it's optional.

Dynaflex or Lincoln or 4 states house brand. You can almost get 2 sets for what one stainless would cost. The stainless will last longer no doubt but the probably will not outlast 2 sets. Just my 02. I put a million miles on my last set and just put a new set of Dynaflex on. I did have to replace elbows and flex pipe underneath a couple of times but not the pipes themselves until just a few months ago.

If ya decide to go stainless, pay extra for the good 304 stainless, stay away from the cheaper 409 stuff. Remember, stainless is just that... not rustless.

I have Lincoln's that are about 2 1/2 years old so they are still pretty new but so far I like them. Seem to be well made and so far look as good as when I got them.
