I have a few drivers who worked for them, they liked the company, they left because of personal reasons (just moving on) and not any issues with the company.

orientation at celadon will be about 4 or 5 days long, you will be staying at their barrack room (very clean). during the orientation, they will take people to do their road test (very easy, dont feel nervous). and yes, all their promises and bonuses will be paid automatically, there is no need to worry. good luck. and they will put you with a local trainer for two weeks so you would go back to your room afterward everyday and put you with an otr trainer for another two weeks

i believe it is 450 a week for orientation but forgot how much when you are training with a trainer. we are a team and we average about 6000+ miles a week. they will have the miles for you if you push hard

I vote Celadon , why? Well because you won't have to deal with learning how to pull a reefer too.
It can be a headache by it self.
