    Hello,

    I am a new driver and have no knowledge about fixing. Volvo'06 says CHECK BRAKE ECU NEXT STOP. It happened right after I dropped my trailer off and drove about 150 miles.

    Also, ABS light is on.

    Could you please, give me any idea what it is?

    Something is wrong with the ABS system and needs fixed. You need to pull the code (s).

    You can check the ABS fuse for starters. When ever you get a ABS fault the ABS unit is disabled. You still have regular brakes where you make it to a shop.

    Volvo use frame mounted ABS units usually, so all sensor and actuator wires are on frame. I'm sure bad wiring
