Major according to what you posted. Says other than abs.

Activated warning device... other than ABS. So minor. I called MTO, officer advised me they do not regulate ABS lights in ONtario, and it would only need to be fixed to pass the annual safety. He also said he didn't think it needed to be reported on elogs, I asked if we should put it under 18.1 and he agreed that would be a wise move.
I didn't really trust the knowledge of the officer I spoke with so I sent an email to MTO asking - hopefully able to get something in writing.BobO1176 Thanks this. -
Are you referring to a trailer? (I think you are, but I'm not sure). If it's a trailer, then it's a minor according to Alberta Sheriffs Motor Transport Division (or whatever it's called now).

Was referring to a chassis but same difference. Got a reply from the MTO...
Good morning and thank you for your inquiry.
Except as a requirement for some designated combinations for weights and dimensions requirements, or as a condition on Long Combination Vehicle permits, ABS is not a requirement in Ontario. With it not being required by regulation, it would not be captured under Schedule 1 for your daily vehicle inspection.
However, a malfunctioning anti-lock brake system, even though not required in Ontario, is still an important safety feature on a vehicle that should be reported to your company. Also, it is enforced in some other jurisdiction so if you travel outside of Ontario, it should be repaired to avoid violations in those other jurisdiction.
Thank you again for your inquiry. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions. -
It’s minor. Been through this a couple of months ago.
