CAUTION: Although it's still pretty much a "driver's market"...be careful with your choice of a first carrier.
There's a recession underway.....and drivers in certain locations/sectors are getting furloughed/laid off.
The Airgas gig listed above is probably a good one...IF you can get on with them.
Most of their openings want at least a year of experience.
Ditto for USA Truck--their "Drive Your Plan" self-dispatch pgm is the only one of its kind in the industry.
Past that--I think the safest bets....going forward....are jobs where you are pulling freight that is either food, food-related, or household staples (an easy example: Foodliner).

Been to Hong Kong many times.
Did you fly with Cathay? I flew, as a passenger, with Cathay but switched to Hainan because didn't have to change planes in Hong Kong. With Hainan was a straight flight from Las Vegas to Beijing.147Grain Thanks this.
