I have to ask. 8 chain? That's ok. But just 4 binders? You would want 8 binders maybe?

Im curious. Do you intend to put two chain on one binder?

Harbor Freight had ratchet binders last time I went in. Fleet Pride should carry them as well.

Harbor Freight sells both chain and ratchet binder for a very reasonable price. Yes, they are China made, then they are the same ones that several on line places sell. Actually the same ones a local fleet pride and a utility trailer dealer sell, right down to the box.

I bought my chains from Austin tarp in charlotte. DO NOT buy rachet binders from harbor freight. I have some you can have and you will see why! Bought mine from truck pro and work great and made in USA.

I bought all of my 2" hand straps from northern tool after seeing what harbor freight had to offer. There was a huge difference.

Truck pro is hit or miss here. I can get a 4" portable winch for $19. It took me a long time to get that price down. I think I have 14 portables from them now. But they still want $20 for the same strap that's $15 on the internet.

9 times out of 10, the local Fleet Pride will beat the local truck pro price. Example: my trailer brake shoes at Truck Pro $89 but $49 at Fleet Pride. I only use Truck Pro as s starting point. I'm sure all franchises are different, but mine have a huge walk in market that they mark their prices up 100% to. It helps each are a few blocks from each other so I can get quotes from each. Fleet will almost always undercut TP here.

Harbor Freight? Nope. Their stuff is mostly garbage.
